Snodgrass Partners Now Affiliated with Forward Progress

Snodgrass Partners is an Executive Search, Sports Recruiting and Management Consulting firm. Founded in 2001 by former NCAA Division I athlete and coach Steve Snodgrass, the Snodgrass Partners has completed hundreds of successful assignments for regional, national and international organizations.

Snodgrass and longtime athletic administrator Tom Jacobs founded the firm’s Sports Recruiting practice to identify coaches for intercollegiate Olympic and non-revenue sports and leadership talent for the tennis and golf industries. The Snodgrass Partners bench includes former and current NCAA Division I administrators, coaches and athletes; professional athletes; top industry thought leaders and seasoned recruiting professionals who understand the business and culture of sports.
