Jaycie Miller, Academic Advisor at Utah State University- Eastern, is the 2018 recipient of the Forward Progress N4A Region V scholarship for their conference held in Portland, Oregon this fall.
In order to receive the scholarship, the candidate must have demonstrated a sincere passion to help develop student-athletes “on and off the field”. In addition, the administrator must have the same passion for academic excellence for their student-athletes. Forward Progress is pleased to have found these admirable characteristics in Jaycie Miller.
Miller commented on her experience in Portland: “I love learning from everyone about how things work on their different campuses so I can continue to be better
myself. My campus is very unique, so I’m excited to learn from the variety of best practices and combine them so my students can continue to grow.”
