DENVER, CO – Forward Progress Athletics Consulting hires Frank Arredondo as Development and Education Consultant.
Forward Progress president John Shukie announced Arredondo’s hire today: “We are very excited to add Frank to the Forward Progress staff. With experience at the campus, conference and national level, Frank brings tremendous knowledge and understanding of the issues facing Forward Progress clients. He will be an excellent addition to our team.”
Arredondo commented: “I am honored and fortunate to join the Forward Progress Athletic Consulting team. I have seen firsthand the guidance and expertise Forward Progress is able to lend to NCAA member institutions and their athletic departments.” Arredondo will be working to enhance Forward Progress’ Initial Eligibility and Leadership Workshops. “I am excited to continue Forward Progress’ work in educating and serving our student-athletes and families as they navigate the NCAA initial eligibility process.”
Judy Macleod, Conference USA Commissioner stated, “Frank’s experience and knowledge gained from his time with the NCAA and Conference USA combined with his sincere interest in assisting student-athletes in all aspects of their growth and development provide a powerful combination that will serve as a valuable resource to the young men, women and their families as they transition to college.”
Arredondo brings a decade’s experience working at the conference and national level of intercollegiate athletics. He graduated Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in English. In 2006 he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law. Frank and his wife Kristi have two sons, Ethan and Carter.
